What will we carried out A full service on all gate automation installed by Dallat Group. The service will consist of one qualified engineer carrying out the following operations:- Check equipment generally for satisfactory performance Contract Time Period The Gate Maintenance Service Contract will be for a four year period. Initializing Your Contract The service date is selected by you; it can be the date the system was installed or a date to suit your needs. Your contract starts once we have received this signed introduction letter. Changing Your Service Date You have the option of changing your service date. You must change the service date at least 14 days in advance. You can change the date by contacting Dallat Group on Adding an Additional Date(s) To add an additional date(s) simply contact Dallat Group and state the date(s) you want the additional service(s) to take place. Your contract will be updated and we will send you your new contact. Note your fee will increase according to your system. Contract Period The contract length is 4 years and cannot be changed. Permission If you do not select an option to grant Dallat Group engineers permission to service your gate system we will contact you seven days before service date. Amount Total Total amount for each contract is £752.00 including VAT, paid over a period of four years, i.e. £188.00 per year. Over the four years your gate automation system will be serviced a total of 8 times. Payment Payment must be received before or on the day of the service. An invoice will be sent with your contract and a copy with the Dallat Group engineer. You can pay by cheque, cash, credit card or online here. |
*Note all prices are subject to VAT, and there is a 3.5% charge for credit cards payments. Replacement Parts and Extra Components are NOT Covered The service does not include the supply and installation of any replacement parts which may from time to time become necessary. The contractor will only supply and install such parts after agreement with the customer. Replacement parts and additional components required by the customer, i.e. Mitto Handset, are not covered by this service contract. Customer Details Dallat Group will not disclose your details to any other company or individuals. Conditions: The contractor shall restore to good working order any equipment failing to operate satisfactorily as a result of the failure of the contractor’s representative to exercise reasonable skill or by their negligence. Work carried out under this Agreement will not extend to any work made necessary or advisable as a civil commotion, acts of war, malicious mischief, theft or terrorist activity. All originally installed components are subject to original warranty time period. Result of weather conditions, damage cost by unlawful entry, misuse, riots, the contractor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or delay due to any cause beyond its control including acts of government, strikes, lockouts, fire, lightning, explosion, riots, civil commotion, acts of war, malicious mischief or theft. The contractor reserves the right to: Assign by written notice this agreement to any person, firm or company. Sub-contract without notice of the contractor’s duties. Termination: Any person, firm or company (other than the contractor’s authorised representative) repairing or in any way interfering with the equipment installed by the contractor. The customer failing to pay promptly for any invoiced amounts. The customer using discount for other individuals or reselling. |
