Once you have signed your unique maintenance service contract Dallat Group will take total care off your gate automation system, from the main operator system to your transmitter handset.
A qualified Dallat Group engineer will call out to your Home or Business premises to check all equipment is performing satisfactorily. Your system will get a complete service, we will lubricate all linkage points; make necessary adjustments, check electrical feeds and additional devices. A full detailed assessment on the condition of your wrought iron or wooden gates and operating equipment will be reported to you.
Your service contract will depend on the operator installed at your premises.
Multi-User Service Contract
Multi-User contract has two services per year, with two free call outs. Once the initial service date has been selected, the second service date will follow six months later. Each service contract exists for a total of four years, once your current contract expires you will be entitled to renew it.

The cost for your two full gate automation services, two free call outs, and most importantly the peace of mind that you’re luxurious gate system is in capable hands, is only £188.00 including VAT.
Single-User Service Contract
Single-User contract has one service per year, with two free call outs. Each service contract exists for a total of four years, once your current contract expires you will be entitled to renew it.
